Carmen now supports states for nine countries

Thanks to Andriy Tyurnikov and Tobias Schmidt for recently adding support for the Ukraine and Germany, respectively. And to the others that have fixed bugs or brought issues to my attention.
Carmen is a collection of country and state names and abbreviations, along with replacements for the state_select and country_select plugins that leverage this data.
I have received many requests for a tutorial showing how to use the state and country selects provided by Carmen in conjunction with one another. The desire is to support a user selecting a country, and then being presented with the correct list of states (or, a text box if states aren’t supported for the chosen country). I’ll write this up and post it over the next couple weeks as I have some time off for the holidays.
Which is not to say this functionality will become part of Carmen; since it requires JavaScript, I don’t feel it is something that should be bundled with the plugin. But an example can’t hurt.
